Our line of high-quality Fiberglass Booths offer greater durability than metal, wood, or concrete solutions, in a lightweight structure. Fiberglass booths are a more attractive, non-corrosive, non-reactive, non-conductive, RF-transparent alternative to the traditional outdoor booth. Our fiberglass booths are regularly chosen for Airports, Hospitals, Stadiums, Parking Lots and Toll Plazas, as a housing for people and equipment while offering year-round protection in even the most demanding of environments.

Parshall Flumes are used in sewage treatment plants as well as industrial and municipal sewers. When it comes to fixed flow monitoring installations, the Parshall Flume is one of the most widely-used flume types. The special shaped open channel flow section is often installed in ditches or canals to measure flow rate.

Parshall Flumes are sized by throat width and conform to standardized dimensions published in the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation.

Originally developed to measure agricultural water runoff, H flumes have a "V" shaped design that allows for measurement of a wide flow range. Often used to measure irrigation water, snow melt, holding pond overflow, industrial process discharge, and sanitary/storm sewer discharge.

HS Flumes are designed to measure very small flows with a high degree of accuracy; please refer to HL Flumes for large flows.

The Palmer Bowlus metering flume is widely used in open channels or pipelines that are not under any pressure.

The Palmer Bowlus metering flume has been widely used for measuring water and wastewater in open channels or pipelines that are not under any pressure. This flume is normally installed in a "U" shaped channel fed by a pipeline such as storm drains and sewers. This convenient flume requires little redesign or special modification of circular conduits for installation.

Trapezoidal Flume sizes are available to measure everything from an intermittent trickle to a consistent canal.

All trapezoidal flumes exhibit similar flow characteristics and have application advantages over other flumes and weirs. VPC offers a full line of standard flumes, along with countless custom structures used for open channel flow measurement. • Do not require a free-fall discharge to operate correctly.

The VPC Fiberglass Manhole Cover Series is a premium alternative to heavy cast iron manhole frames and covers at an affordable cost. A completely secure H-20 traffic rated fiberglass manhole cover and frame, our fiberglass manhole cover series exceed AASHTO H-20 standards and meets EN 124 Class D400 requirements to be used on both pre-cast concrete and fiberglass manholes. Unlike the heavy, bulky, and awkward cast iron covers of the past, this manhole cover is lightweight, easy to handle and transport. Unlike the iron cover, this fiberglass cover offers little interference with radio frequency signals that are used with remote monitoring and remote data retrieval systems. This unit is nonconductive, non-corrosive and is ideal for use in even the harshest environment. UV stable, the finish will not flake or crack, and has a minimum lifespan of 30 maintenance free years.

Applications include Petrochemical, Water and Wastewater, Gas, Electric, Communication and Municipal use. Offering a lockable cover and a hinged design, this series will allow easy access to any manhole. Our lockable cover provides safety with a ¼ turn lock and zero scrap value. The hinged design cover weight starts at only 65 pounds, has a 180° opening for safety and the key can be used as a lifting handle. VPC has 4 standard sizes of lockable covers and three available sizes for our most common hinged design.

Fibrelite Covers distributed by VPC Fiberglass, are lightweight, watertight, and easily removable. These fiberglass covers are used in a wide range of applications including sewage systems, drainage networks, electrical junction boxes, and water treatment plants.

VPC Fiberglass offers quick turnaround times on all Fibrelite composite covers which are chemically inert and have zero resale value to the scrap market. Guaranteed for 3 years, the patented monolithic structure of a Fibrelite cover means that they will not crack or delaminate during usage.

Choose from our lightweight bolt down cover, the locking hinged fiberglass dome cover, or the traffic rated cover with frame. VPC Fiberglass provides Weir Plates and Scum Baffles in any length and size in a variety of configurations including V-notch, effluent, sharp-crested and rectangular. VPC is proud to offer a variety of ladders, ladder cage systems, handrail systems, platforms, catwalks and walkways. Each system is designed to fit whatever specifications your project requires. Our design team will work with you and customize the project to meet your needs. Projects are designed to meet OSHA requirements and are fabricated at the shop prior to shipping. Depending on the size of your project, the final product can be shipped fully assembled to make installation quick and easy. On larger projects, the product is shipped in pre-assembled pieces, making the installation process as simple as possible. Fiberglass is preferred for many industrial, commercial and municipal applications in corrosive environments or where little maintenance is preferred.
